"This 'price' was paid for every soul that is on earth, and for everyone who ever was or ever shall be on earth; for 'He died for all.' Having died for all; having paid the wondrous price for all; having given Himself for all, it is certainly a fact that all are His."

"What more could God do than he did do to take away sin? He gave his only begotten Son; Christ gave himself, that whosoever would believe on him should not perish, but have everlasting life. He pledges himself to every soul who will believe, that he shall not perish. The word does not read, as too often it is misread, God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him might not perish, but have everlasting life. No such thing. The next verse has the 'might' in it: 'God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.' It may be, too. When God gave his Son, in that gift he established the eternal possibility that every soul in this world might be saved. But there is where the 'might' is. There is where the 'maybe; is."

John 1:29
"Nor is the free gift at all to be compared to the effect of that one [man’s] sin. For the sentence [following the trespass] of one [man] brought condemnation, whereas the free gift [following] many transgressions brings justification (an act of righteousness). For if because of one man’s trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). Well then, as one man’s trespass [one man’s false step and falling away led] to condemnation for all men, so one Man’s act of righteousness [leads] to acquittal and right standing with God and life for all men."

"As boundless grace is given to every one bringing salvation to the extent of its own full measure, then if any one does not have boundless salvation, why is it? Plainly it can be only because he will not take that which is given . . . By unbelief he frustrates the grace of God. So far as he is concerned, the grace has been given in vain."

"For any soul to say, 'I am crucified with Christ,' is not speaking at a venture. It is not believing something on a guess. It is not saying a thing of which there is no certainty. Every soul in this world can say in all truth and all sincerity, 'I am crucified with Christ.' It is but the acceptance of a fact, the acceptance of a thing that is already done, for this word is the statement of a fact. "

1 Timothy 4:10
"Although a child may be heir to a vast estate, he has no more to do with it until he is of age, than a servant has. If he should never come of age, then he would never actually enter upon his inheritance. He would have lived all his life as a servant, so far as any share in the inheritance is concerned. Now for the application . . . God has not cast off the human race; therefore, since the first man created was called 'the son of God,' it follows that all men are heirs in the sense that they are in their minority . . . What a blessed thing it is that God counts even the ungodly, those who are in the bondage of sin, as His children,--wandering, prodigal sons, but still children. God has made all men 'accepted in the Beloved.' This probationary life is given us for the purpose of giving us a chance to acknowledge Him as Father, and to become sons indeed. "

"All the grace of God is given freely to every one, bringing salvation to all. Whether all or any one will receive it, that is another question. What we are studying now is the truth and the fact that God has given it. Having given it all, He is clear, even though men may reject it. "

Boundless Grace Free To All, par. 5
"He willeth that all men should be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. 1Tim.2:4. And He "worketh all things after the counsel of His own will." Eph.1:11. "What! do you mean to teach universal salvation?" We mean to teach just what the Word of God teaches,--that "the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men." Titus 2:11, R.V. God has wrought out salvation for every man, and has given it to him; but the majority spurn it, and throw it away. The Judgment will reveal the fact that full and complete salvation was given to every man, and that the lost have deliberately thrown away their birthright possession."

"For this we toil and struggle, because we have set our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all, especially of those who believe."
- The Apostle Paul
;
1 Timothy 4:10
"The question is asked, "Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you?" (1Cor.1:13), the answer obviously being in the negative. In that Christ is given to every man, each person gets the whole of Him. The love of God embraces the whole world, but it also singles out each individual. A mother's love is not divided up among her children, so that each one receives only a third, a fourth, or a fifth of it; each one is the object of all her affection. How much more so with the God whose love is more perfect than any mother's, and who Himself is love!"
